    Sometimes you have to go backwards to move forwards. Each month our team look at what have done and ask the simple question ‘what could we have done better’.

    From this we put together our ‘Best Practice’ guide for our teams so we can seek improvement in our service to you. This also allows us to gain insights into trendsso we can see clearer where to concentrate our internal progression.

    Who checks the checker? Whilst we are more than satisfied with our internal procedures to meet our regulated compliance requirements, we also enlist the assistance of external compliance firms to ensure that we are continuously improving our compliance regime.

    This helps to validate what we are doing but also to gain insight into industry trends and allows us to continue to offer a unique service.

    Do you know it takes a minimum of 1 year to achieve our base level of qualification the certificate in Insurance or certificate in Financial Planning.
